Brian Cosgriff

Director Brian Cosgriff has been actively involved in EMS for over 25 years. He coordinated the EMS program for the Philadelphia Division of the FBI for over 20 years. Serving as the point of contact and as an operator on the Division Tactical Team. He worked closely with the University of Pennsylvania Hospital Trauma Division, Penn Star, and Emergency Medicine Department on various operations.  In this position he obtained a tactical EMT certification. He carried over this experience after his retirement from the FBI to the private sector security.

Director Cosgriff joined the Lower Providence EMS board in October of 2024; he also served on several other nonprofit boards holding the position of Treasurer and President. He’s a Certified Public Accountant and experienced in financial matters and teaches financial literacy classes for the community.  Brian enjoys SCUBA diving and traveling in his off time
