Cheryl Peiffer

President

LPEMS President Cheryl Peiffer has always been an advocate for Emergency Services in the community. She was a resident of Lower Providence Township for 65 years and is now a resident of Worcester Township since 2022.

Joseph Pucci

Treasurer

Treasurer Pucci has been a cornerstone of the Lower Providence community since 1984, Joe pairs his deep local roots with extensive executive leadership experience to support the vital mission of emergency medical services in the region.

LuAnn Myers

Director

Director Myers brings financial expertise to the Board of Directors.  In her professional career she held high-level leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  Her background in fiscal management and strategic planning will contribute to the oversight needed for the organization’s long-term sustainability as well as current operations

Susan Tierney

Vice - President

Vice-President Tierney spent over 32 years of her bedside nursing career working at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, in the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU). In addition to her hospital career, she served as a school nurse at both Visitation BVM and within the Methacton School District

Kathy Sardella

Director

Director Sardella brings more than 50 years of experience in emergency, urgent, and primary care medicine, beginning her career as a volunteer with Lower Providence Ambulance in 1976. Kathy has vast experience and knowledge in Emergency Medicine as an EMT-Paramedic and PA‑C (Ret.)

Ian Hoffman

Secretary

Secretary Hoffman was an active EMS practitioner from 2002 through 2024 working for several EMS agencies in Montgomery County in both staff and supervisory roles. Wanting to help others interested in dedicating their career to EMS he was also an EMS instructor for Montgomery County Community College as well as previously serving on two other EMS boards

Brian Cosgriff

Director

Director Brian Cosgriff has been actively involved in EMS for over 25 years. He coordinated the EMS program for the Philadelphia Division of the FBI for over 20 years. Serving as the point of contact and as an operator on the Division Tactical Team.
