Ian Hoffman

Secretary Ian Hoffman was an active EMS practitioner as an EMT before becoming a Paramedic. He was an active provider from 2002 through 2024 working for several EMS agencies in Montgomery County in both staff and supervisory roles. Wanting to help others interested in dedicating their career to EMS he was also an EMS instructor for Montgomery County Community College as well as previously serving on two other EMS boards.

 In 2017 Secretary Hoffman limited his full-time employment in EMS to stay home and raise a family. He now lives in Lower Providence Township with his husband and three children. Wanting to still serve the community through EMS he now serves as LPEMS Board Secretary and has recently transferred from the Finance Committee to the Bylaw Committee.
