Treasurer Joseph “Joe” Pucci serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Lower Providence EMS, bringing over a decade of dedicated service and institutional knowledge to the organization. A cornerstone of the Lower Providence community since 1984, Joseph pairs his deep local roots with extensive executive leadership experience to support the vital mission of emergency medical services in the region.
With a career spanning more than 30 years in executive management, He has held senior leadership roles within several prominent financial services organizations. His expertise encompasses comprehensive company management, including full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility. This background in high-level fiscal oversight and strategic planning allows him to provide invaluable guidance on the financial health and operational sustainability of the organization.
Treasurer Pucci holds a solid academic foundation in both business growth and financial management:
Master of Science in Finance – St. Joseph’s University
Bachelor of Science in Marketing – Temple University
Beyond his work with the ambulance board, He is an active participant in local governance, currently serving as a member of the Lower Providence Zoning Board. His commitment to the township’s growth and well-being is long-standing, having raised his family in the community alongside his wife, Susan. Their three daughters are proud graduates of the Methacton School District.
Through his blend of financial acumen and civic pride, he remains committed to ensuring that Lower Providence residents receive the highest standard of emergency care and community service.
