Kathy Sardella
Director
Director Kathleen Sardella, EMT-Paramedic, PA‑C (Ret.) brings more than 50 years of experience in emergency, urgent, and primary care medicine, beginning her career as a volunteer with Lower Providence Ambulance in 1976. She advanced from EMT to Paramedic before earning her Physician Assistant degree from Hahnemann University, building a respected career grounded in clinical excellence and compassionate care.
A longtime advocate for emergency services, Director Sardella has served on the Lower Providence Ambulance Board of Directors since 1998, offering trusted leadership, deep institutional knowledge, and an enduring commitment to the community.
Director Sardella resides in the Trooper area with her husband and one of their three adult children and takes great pride in her family’s tradition of service; her husband is a well-known and respected emergency physician, previously serving as the Medical Director for LPEMS and currently and Assistance Medical Director with LPEMS & Upper Merion Fire & EMS, additionally they have a son actively serving in the U.S. military.
