Lower Providence EMS offers a versatile meeting room equipped with private restrooms and flexible table and chair configurations to suit various needs. Whether you're planning a training session, community event, or team meeting, our space is designed to accommodate your group comfortably.
Cancellation Policy
The Board of Trustees welcomes the use of the Community Room by community and private organizations, subject to the following rules: 1. The Community Room may be reserved for a fee by any non-profit educational, civic or cultural organization, for profit, or private entity that does not charge for attendance. 2. Individuals may reserve the room for a privately sponsored function, whether it is a closed private event or open to the public, for a fee. (Exception: Parties of any type are prohibited in this room) 3. If a group or individual wishes to use the room multiple times within a four-week time span, invoicing options are available 4. Only LPEMS or Municipal Organizations covered by LPEMS may conduct public fundraising activities on the premises. 5. Attendance at events is limited to 80 persons by order of the Fire Marshal. 6. Pennsylvania law prohibits smoking indoors. 7. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited except for LPEMS or Municipal Organizations covered by LPEMS sponsored functions. 8. Kitchenette and/or AV Equipment shall not be used unless added to your reservation/order. a. Any damages to LPEMS property will be billed directly to the sponsoring organization or individual. 9. If refreshments will be served, a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per function is charged(Kitchenette Usage Fee) The organization or individual must agree to clean the area immediately after use and to remove all refuse generated at the meeting from the building. Any organization or individual serving food will be responsible for bringing their own supplies and equipment necessary for serving refreshments. 10. Any items attached to the wall for the meeting or event shall only use blue or green painters tape. 11. LPEMS assumes no responsibility for any property placed in the Community Room in connection with the event. 12. Publicity for the meeting should state clearly that the organization or individual is the SPONSOR of the event and LPEMS is the LOCATION. The Board of Directors of Lower Providence EMS does not endorse or seek to promulgate the objectives of any organization or individual utilizing the Community Room. Staff will not be responsible for telephone or other inquiries about your organization or meeting. 13. The Community Room can only be used during the following hours: Monday through Friday 10 am to 10:30 pm Saturday & Sunday : 10 am to 9 pm
